24/7 bilingual answering service

At AAMCOM 24/7 bilingual phone answering services are included in all service plans- this means fewer missed opportunities and greater customer satisfaction. Because in today’s world, we all want to speak to a real person.

HIPAA COMPLIANT MESSAGING

Healthcare providers are required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI). These providers need to share this information with doctors, clinics, hospitals and insurance companies. AAMCOM makes sure they comply with the standards of the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule by utilizing a secure message application. Our operators go through extensive training during their initial employment and receive on-going Sensitivity Training concentrating on empathy and listening skills. Additionally, our trained live agents must all complete the Emergency Tele-communicator Course and Emergency Medical Dispatch Training Course.

No-Hold Service

This feature provides minimal to no hold time for your customers. Caller can be offered the option to exit the queue by pressing digits. The feature also presents callers with the choice of opting out of a custom greeting to leave a voice message.

Voicemail

The Voicemail feature provides the software support to prompt callers through the process leaving a voicemail message, making it possible to gather specific information. When a caller leaves a message, the system will send a notification to retrieve the new voice message. Or we can attach the voice message as a WAV file to an email message.

Initial Training Integration

At AAMCOM, training is paramount. We provide all operators on-going, refresher training on all accounts. Most recently our operators have completed Sensitivity Training concentrating on empathy and listening skills. Quality Assurance Evaluations are administered monthly, which cover core areas such as Time to Answer, Answer Phrase, Service Rendered, and a Reassuring Close.

Check-In Line

AAMCOM’s check-in line allows you to call in and retrieve your messages with priority.

Wake-Up Service

This is included in all our plans so you can stay on time and on schedule 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

Web On-Call

This feature allows 24/7 access to edit or view your on-call schedule and it is included in all our service plans.

Web Logger

This allows our clients access to recorded calls and it is included in all our service plans.
